Maths week 2024
We had a very busy and fun Maths Week 2024 in Saint Michael’s NS. We solved lots of Maths problems and riddles. We played lots of Maths games and had a whole school Maths themed Bingo on Friday. Whole school Bingo Collaborative learning
Creepy Crawlies Love/ Hate
Fourth and fifth class participated in a fantastic Creepy Crawly Workshop at the Hunt Museum. We learnt about the lifecycle of various insects and the roles they play in our environment. We also participated in an insect inspired art lesson which was lots of fun!

STEM workshop on electrical circuits at Mary Immaculate College
2nd & 3rd class travelled to Mary Immaculate College Craft Maker Workshop where we spent the morning learning how to make electrical circuits. The children also made cards with LED lights and batteries to take home.

Réamhaisneis na hAimsire by Senior Infants and 1st Class
The children in Senior Infants and 1st Class have done great work recently on the theme of 'An Aimsir' (the weather). They all did a fantastic job at presenting their own Réamhaisneis na hAimsire (weather forecast) as Gaeilge. Maith sibh!
2nd & 3rd Class Visit Limerick City Gallery

Peace Proms 2024
