On Wednesday May 18th, 48 pupils and five staff members travelled to UL to take part in their City Sports athletics competition. It was the first time the event had run since 2019 and Saint Michael’s were hoping to retain the trophy we won that year. Lots of hard work and preparation went into preparing the athletes in the run up to the event and a huge thanks to Ms. Morrow who oversaw the organisation of it all. The pupils all had a fun day and ran and jumped their hearts out. Unfortunately we did not win the trophy but there is always next year!
